The new building of wellness is situated in the peripheral north west part of the historical château park. It is a one floor, underground building with the built up area of 600 m2. For the visitor the mass of the wellness is not perceptible since it is grassed over and perfectly merged with the morphology of the château park.

The entrance to the wellness is connected to the system of park pathways. The wellness object has the only north west façade made of a glass wall offering wellness visitors a view on the lake and surrounding park scenery. The wellness layout is spread out around the central corridor situated along the longitudinal line of the rectangular floor plan. There are six saunas, massage, collagenarium and procedures called “Seventh heaven”. One part of it is represented by the so called private spa offering privacy for Finnish sauna, jacuzzi and various therapeutic and relaxation packs.
The visual rendering of the interior follows from the pursuit of unconventional play for the eye, uncommonness and visual experience. As means of expression natural materials were used – granite, onyx in combination with the play of stainless steel and glass mosaic.
