The Alzheimer’s Center project in Záhorská Bystrica, Bratislava, focuses on creating a safe and comfortable environment for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease. The project is commissioned by the Bratislava Self-Governing Region, which has extensive experience operating similar healthcare facilities.
Our design approach was guided by the principles of universal design, aiming to achieve an optimal architectural solution that combines functionality with a welcoming and calming atmosphere. Safety was our top priority, taking into account the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease.
The project emphasizes detailed architectural and artistic solutions, incorporating sustainable materials and modern technologies. The spaces are designed to provide easy navigation, offer zones for relaxation and activity, and support the individual needs of clients. Our goal is to create an environment that not only makes daily life easier for residents but also enhances their overall quality of life.
