DATA COLLECTION
AND CREATION OF THE MODEL

Data is collected using methods such as 3D laser scanning, physical measurements of the building, use of a 360° camera and comparisons with existing documentation, if available. Having 100% information about the building is not a pre-requisite for commencing use of NAVGARO.

HANDOVER OF THE MODEL
AND INSTALLATION OF THE SOFTWARE

The model and information derived from it are accessible to the client from the cloud 24/7. Accessing data is provided via simple BIM bowsers and sophisticated software platforms, which are, of course, user friendly. The fact that your real estate has a digital twin does not save you money, however. The effectiveness of the process directly relates to how information is used routinely at all levels of management.
