It is four floor extension built on self-supporting steel construction. On the ground floor an there is an original function that is the relaxation area of the bowling centre, one floor above large premises of the language school and on the last two floors apartments with terrace. All those newly extended premises are mutually linked by the separate newly designed vertical communication.
