House for a demanding client, its mass and space composition reflects mainly the morphological attributes of the plot, but this task aimed at connecting exterior and interior has primarily been determined by the requirement to have a beautiful view on Bratislava city.
Paradoxically, the street façade is approached in an introvert way, but towards the courtyard the mass in the ground plan shaped as letter V opens and provides the said connection with the garden.
The house has three floors: one underground and two above-ground. Apart from the utilitarian living functions the house offers its inhabitants also the possibility to relax in an indoor pool and a sauna.
The wine bar with a beautiful view built into the slope also constitutes an interesting element.
